Cancellation Policy
24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour mark, we will roll over your deposit towards your next appointment.
However, if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.
To book a new appointment, you will be required to provide a new deposit.
Please note that repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in a change to our deposit policy or a requirement for full payment upfront.
No-shows are charged an automatic 15% of service price to card on file, no exceptions.
